From brainstorm phase to final delivery, how long does it usually take to create a short form TV commercial?

From initial conception to final master, it usually takes 4-6 weeks.  We like one week to script, then one week to test demo's, cast, and develop animation, one week of shooting and one week to edit--  Mix it all together and pour out a hit!   

The most important aspect of selling in DR television is to create TV magic- Amazing demo's that are so compelling viewers feel the impulse to buy right now, a unique offer with a valuable bonus consumers can not refuse, as well as a risk free guarantee are the secrets to success.  Also, it must be simply stated, sometimes backed with testimonials for conviction.  We always keep in mind the ultimate proof of success is sales!
