He is a numbers person with a strong statistical background who understands the lifetime value of customers and how to keep them. In addition, he has a deep understanding of the finance aspect of each campaign and how important cash flow is and how to manage it. Before starting any DRTV campaign he will do a detailed campaign pro forma showing what it will take for profitability and where needed a cash flow analytic and bad debt analysis. Having spent over 10 years in retail advertising for major retailers like Toys R Us he understands not only the retail channel but what takes to sell product at the retail level.
